Our Sales Team

Scott Beecher started working at Ward Diesel Filter Systems in April of 2007 as Vice President. In 2013 he purchased the company along with several other manufacturing companies. Ward Diesel is very active in many advocacy aspects within the fire industry and local, state and national government on the health and safety concerns for the Fire and EMS Industry.

As President and Owner of Ward Diesel Filter Systems, Scott helps coordinate several health and safety efforts across the US within the Fire/EMS Industry. His goal is to drive awareness of the extremely harmful issues facing Firefighter and EMS Personnel.

Dave has over 30 years of experience in sales, inventory control, business development and sales management. Dave joined Ward Diesel in 2023 and is the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast and South Central states.

With more than 30 years in Manufacturing / Customer Service / New Business Development and Sales, Mike joined Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2019. Mike is most proud of growing territories and playing an active role in assisting Fire /EMS Departments in getting their teams protected from the Class 1 Carcinogens that are in diesel exhaust.

Health and Safety awareness is crucial to the industry and longevity of the Career Members and Volunteers that put their lives on the line for the communities that they serve.

Starting his career at Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2019, Mike now has 10+ years of sales and management experience from various industries. He began with inside sales to better learn the product and was quickly promoted to Midwest Regional Sales Manager.

With more than 7 years of experience in fire industry sales and account management, Tony joined Ward Diesel in 2024. A former firefighter/EMT with the Kissimmee Fire Department in Florida, Tony now serves as the Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region.

John has 23 years of experience in sales, inventory, marketing and sales management. John joined Ward Diesel in 2021. John has been in the fire service industry for over 40 years. He handles all loose equipment through our sister company, Ward Fire Equipment. He is also currently servicing as the Chief of the Millport Fire Department. He is passionate about firefighter safety and health, with a priority on training and safety.

Jim brings more than 30 years of fire and rescue experience to his role at Ward Diesel. In 2008, he became a Ward Diesel customer and quickly grew into a firm believer in our products. In 2022, he officially joined the team as a Regional Sales Manager. Jim’s deep industry experience and hands-on user insight make him a valuable resource to his customers, allowing him to bridge the gap between real-world operational needs and effective product solutions.

John has had over a decade of experience in sales and joined Ward Diesel in 2024. Outside of work, John is deeply committed to his community. He actively supports a variety of charities and fraternal organizations, reflecting his values of service and connection. Since 2010, he’s also proudly owned a small pub, where he’s known for creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships.
