Scott Beecher started working at Ward Diesel Filter Systems in April of 2007 as Vice President. In 2013 he purchased the company along with several other manufacturing companies. Ward Diesel is very active in many advocacy aspects within the fire industry and local, state and national government on the health and safety concerns for the Fire and EMS Industry.

As President and Owner of Ward Diesel Filter Systems, Scott helps coordinate several health and safety efforts across the US within the Fire/EMS Industry. His goal is to drive awareness of the extremely harmful issues facing Firefighter and EMS Personnel.

With more than 30 years in Manufacturing / Customer Service / New Business Development and Sales, Mike joined Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2019. Mike is most proud of growing territories and playing an active role in assisting Fire /EMS Departments in getting their teams protected from the Class 1 Carcinogens that are in diesel exhaust.

Health and Safety awareness is crucial to the industry and longevity of the Career Members and Volunteers that put their lives on the line for the communities that they serve.

Starting his career at Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2019, Mike now has 8+ years of sales and management experience from various industries. He began with inside sales to better learn the product and was quickly promoted to Midwest Regional Sales Manager.

Pat Scanlon has more than 40+ years in the Fire Industry. He joined Ward Diesel Filter Systems in 2013 as Regional Sales Manager of the Southeast Region. Pat has been a member of IAFF and Florida Professional Firefighters from 1980 to present.
